This syllabus was inspired by participation in the University of Arizona Center for Middle Eastern Studies NEH Institute entitled:Understanding Middle East Millennials Through Literature, Culture, and Media.
The second document contains several recommendations/resources for literature/film about the Middle East. It also contains other syllabi that might be useful.
